I am working as a Quality Assurance office in Quality Department and this letter has been written to express my dissatisfaction regarding my personal computer at the office.

They also warned that if memory is not updated soon there is a chance of loss of data which is temporary and is not saved.
So, I would like to request to kindly approve my application for the additional hard drive so that I can continue my work without any delay.
