Dear Mr. Smith
I am working as a Quality Assurance office in Quality Department and this letter has been written to express my dissatisfaction regarding my personal computer at the office.
As I am looking after all the vendor-related documentation, hence my system contains the soft copies of all the formats and standard operating procedures. But from the past week, my computer is reflecting some memory full issues and needs to get updated by the additional drive of more memory. From this issue, I am unable to store my files and important drafts which is causing hindrance in my work. I consulted the information technology team and after inspection, they informed me that the additional hard drive needs to be purchased from the market and this needs the approval of the head of the department. They also warned that if memory is not updated soon there is a chance of loss of data which is temporary and is not saved.
So, I would like to request to kindly approve my application for the additional hard drive so that I can continue my work without any delay.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Jim hortins
