You have recently bought a Telephone with answer machine from an online shop. The web page said that the answer machine shows you a list of who left a message so you can choose which to play first. But after taking it home you find out that only the most recent call is kept in the calls list.
Write an e-mail letter to the store manager. In your e-mail:
• say who you are
• explain the problem
• say what action you would like the store to take
Dear Manager,
My name is Jot and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for the telephone with answer machine which I bought from your website on 30th March.
I use to come late in the evening and missed many calls from friends and relatives. I was searching for the solution to sort the problem and get to know about the telephone that, I ordered. I was impressed by a feature that was mention on the website saying that, answering machine shows you a list of who left a message so one can choose which to play first but after receiving the order I discovered that the call list only preserves the list of recent calls.
As it is not solving my purpose of buying I would return it back and my order _ id is 3453553. Additionally, refund my whole money in my account which includes fast delivery charges also. I am attaching a copy of the order slip which I got from the website and also my bank account details.
Look forward to your immediate action.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
