I would like to teach cooking Indian cuisines, I have a degree in hotel management where I majored in Indian food which includes entree, savory dishes, and dessert. After completing my course I also worked in some five star hotels like J.W Marriot and Holiday Inn. I also acquired a teaching certificate and have hands on experience in teaching in a school.
I moved to Vancouver last year and have been rendering courses in different community colleges near my area. This course will start will basic cutting and chopping which will progress eventually to cooking full meal. Moreover, I also have my special recipes for homemade spices which I would love to share with the students. Besides, being a mother of four, I love spending time with children.
