Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a student of your first year arts – English Literature, batch 2008,residing in college shared accommodation, room no. 103. I am writing this to bring to your notice my dissatisfaction with respect to the accommodation allotted. There are few concerns due to which I am unable to adjust myself in the current situation and hoping that you can resolve the same.

Firstly, I would like to say that I am very calm and studious by nature. I have chosen college accommodation just with the intention to devote my quality time in studies, but these days I am facing lot of difficulties with the arrangement of sharing room. To mention, there is one single wooden table in the room for two, because of which I am not able to unpack my regular staff and organize in my room as per my preference. In addition to this my roommate is very unorganized all her belongings are scattered in whole room which makes me irritated, I have also noticed that my laptop and other staffs are used by her without my permission. She is not keen on her studies also her behavior is very casual she enjoys loud music, speaks over a phone all long nights. Therefore, it is very difficult to work on my regular studies, I am literature student; I have to do thesis, projects which require peace and quality time.

Most importantly, I requested to share accommodation with a senior student, with the intention of gaining knowledge academically but I am sharing the room with one of my same batch mate. I am requesting you to kindly relocate my accommodation in the room with decent atmosphere where my studies are not hampered.

Hoping to receive your positive revert. Kindly do the needful.
Yours Faithfully,
Xyz
