I am writing to you to express my delight with the excellent services. my family and I experienced the best party which was held in your hotel 2 weeks ago.
As a matter of fact every body was extremely satisfied with everything in the party including the food which was so suitable for our guests who were elderly. In addition, playing some classic musics were incredibly nostalgic and surly everybody enjoyed a lot.
Not only your facilities were splendid but also your staff members were highly hospitable and helpful especially Mr Smith who did an an especial kind to us. When my grandfather was feeling not well who was the one that went to drugstore and provided some drugs for him.
Your staffs and you deserve the best and in order to express my heartfelt thanks, I would like to invite you and your staff over to dinner in our garden, where there will be much happiness and joy so you guys will be paid the respect and appreciation you deserve for your perfect organization of my dear garndfather's birthday party.
