Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing with regard to express my dissatisfaction with your travel package. on the morning of may 19,2017 I came to your agency in order to book a foreign trip and according on your advice I made my decision. So, I reserved your special trip to Spain which was supposed to last for 7 days in a luxury hotel.
In fact, your flight was not punctuate and we got bothered because of that. Also, the hotel was not the one which we made an agreement for that. Actually I was very shocked when I found that hotel in a extremely low standard which was even lack of basement facilities and was not equipped with the items that was supposed to be.
Therefore, adapt on the above mentioned, I am going to ask for a refund back. I hope you give your immediate attention to this demand. In case of ignoring my request, I will be forced to seek legal advise.
