Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to express my dissatisfaction with your customer service. I am one of your customers who took a package tour to Paris between the 5th and 12th of July. You recommended it as the best option in order to have an unforgettable holiday and I accepted your recommendation because of your company's old experience in this field.
What I see in this travel was totally different from your promises. First of all, the flight was the first class. As you know, I had paid for a business class. On top of this, when I arrive at Paris's airport, I awaited for welcoming but no one came to welcome me. Therefore, I took a taxi and went to the hotel. But unfortunately, the hotel's building was incredibly old. In addition, the personnel's behaviour was really impolite and the room was terribly untidy and dirty. Finally, on the second day, I decided to move to another hotel which is my favourite.
As a result of these errors by your agency, I had to pay additional costs to have a seven- day holiday. I am requesting a complete refund of the fees I have been charged by your company.
