I am writing this letter to extend my thanks to you for the wonderful trip that you arranged for us.
Of late, I have travelled to the state of Goa and some of the picturesque places in that particular state. I have booked a guided tour package in your website. To embark upon,I would like to appreciate your personal guide. He was never reluctant to help us. Moreover, he went to the extra mile in dire situations. With the help of the guide we had been to a pethora of natural beauties such as Bhaga beach, Dood sagar and so on. My family, instantely liked those beaches and refreshing waterfalls. Infact, we fell in love with the stunningly beautiful places.In addition to that,The Airbnb, that you prvided was outstanding as it accomodated morning complementory breakfast and dinner.
Having said that, there are quite a few things which disappointed us. Firsty, There was a power outage frequently. Although we didn't stay most of the time during our vacation in the room, we felt exasperated at times. Secondly, there was a discrepency in the prices that were mention in both online and offline. I would suggest you to rectify it.
