Dear Sir,
I am writing in connection with upcoming training course at your collage in Sydney, Australia. I will be there to attend the English course which is going to be held in 13th march for one week.
To tell the truth, I have never been in this city until now, so, I am not familiar with this city not at all. In fact, I am in a urgent need for a flat which could provide a nice atmosphere for studying with a reasonable price. Also, it is really important to be the vicinity of collage which makes commuting easy.
Actually my departure is at 9 AM and I would be really thankful if you could reserve it for me. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
F. BAGHERI
