You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
In your letter,
say where you think you left the papers
explain why they are so important
tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir,
I had attended a seminar on microbiology which was conducted in your hotel Yug. My name is Molly Bakers and my registration id is BVFTH. I am writing this letter to inform you that I had unknowingly left my envelope of important documents in the conference room and would like to request you to help me retrieve them.
The microbiology conference was schedule from morning 9am to afternoon 2pm on 16th October. The organizer of the event had informed us that a special tour to the lab was arranged for us after the conference is finished. Due to some technical reason, the conference got extended by an hour and by the time it ended, we all were in so much hurry to leave for tour that I in all probability left my envelope on the table. I realized it was missing after I reached home.
The envelope has copies of my degree marksheet, transcript and notes for my examination preparation. I can easily replace the the copies of my degree marksheet but replacing transcript and notes for my exam preparation would be a tough assignment considering I need to submit the documents by next week and have examination next month.
I would like to request you to ask your staff perform a thorough search of the conference room TULIP and also check the lost and found department. Please contact me in my cell 9994443322 if the documents are found. I would make arrangements for them to be collected from your hotel or would personally come and collect them.
Yours Sincerely,
Molly Bakers
