Dear Sir
First of all, thank you so much for considering me valuable enough to provide feedback for the Indian food course. Furthermore, please find my inputs in this letter.
I was an amateur in the field of cooking before joining the course, but then magic happened. As soon as I enrolled in the program, everything looked extremely easy and comfortable. The credit should go to the excellent guidance of the instructors. I loved cooking all the recipes in the course like Chapati, Lentils, Legumes, Salads etc. However, what I enjoyed the most was preparing desserts. Since I have a sweet tooth and my entire family and friends are huge fans of various sweet preparations, so this section of the course has helped me immensely.
After completing the course, I frequently indulged in preparing a variety of sugary items like pudding, cakes, pastries and a lot of Indian sweets as well for myself and my family. As a result, I received lots of appreciations and encouragement from family and close ones.
Now people are suggesting me to enrol in an adequate program where I can further enhance my dessert skills. So, if I may suggest, would it be possible for you to commence another program which will particularly concentrate on dessert items. I and a few others would be overwhelmed and glad to attend the same.
Looking forward to your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Jane
