I am writing to express my concern regarding the public transportation issues that daily commuters are facing while traveling to their office, residing in Geeta Nagar, Delhi. There are various challenges that we are facing while commuting through Bus Number-AD12333. It is scheduled to run five days a week from Geeta Nagar to Kormangala at 9:00 am. Unfortunately, a Bus driver is not following the fixed schedule and always end up late by one hour. As a consequence, working professionals reach the office late who are traveling daily from it.
Earlier, we complained the same to the driver multiple times, but all fell into the deaf ears. Not only the bus delay is causing a problem but also the bus seating arrangement is improper for the public. It's quite challenging to journey on the broken chairs for a long time, especially for elders commuters. If the same situation persists for a longer time, then it may affect public transportation credibility among travelers. As a result, passengers may opt for alternative transport options.
To solve this sort of complexities, we should implement feasible solutions to curb it. Firstly, we should provide strict instructions to the driver to report on time and track the bus journey through installed CCTV camera. Secondly, We should repair all the seats of the bus to make the trip more comfortable for the travelers.
