This letter is bring to your notice about the issues in the flat which I am residing.
Since, past one week there has been a frequent leakage in the drainage system and the sink is choked. As all possibilities and call to the care taker there seems no hope it will get fixed soon. The rent has been payed on time without any delay regardless of maintenance issues.
Additionally, the sealing is having a leakage and broken pipe. I have moved to a flat of a friend for few days and been contacting you since 2 days. Incase, you are not able to address this issue and get it fixed, I will be forced to file a complain with the police.
My parents will be visiting in coming days, so the easiest way out would be, to hire a plumber and handyman prior to your visit and analysing the situation without any further delay to this situation.
