Dear Mr. Joseph,
I am writing this letter to complain about the serious issue that I am facing because of water leaking from ceiling.
The leakage started after the heavy rain on last Sunday. Prior to that, I had faced the same issue when I rented this house during last year monsoon. After thorough investigation, it came to light that there is no water outlet on the terrace, which is blocking all the water from rain.
Consequently, all the accumulated water starts to dip through the ceiling and making the top floor uninhabitable during monsoon. Not only all my furniture is getting ruined due to constant contact with water but also it is ruining the paint. As a tenant, I have to bear the cost of repaint as per the rental agreement, which is going to cost me a fortune if proper precautions are not taken on time.
I would really appreciate if you can send an experienced plumber to tackle this nightmare as soon as possible. If that is not possible I can book one by myself if you can provide a reimbursement later. But, it has to be addressed immediately.
