Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Sudheerkumar Motakatla, a marketing executive from Technosoft Private Limited. Last week I had organized an all-day meeting for our office staff in your hotel. I must admit that, all our company employees were overwhelmed with the hotel ambience and hospitality from support staff was outstanding. However, none of us enjoyed the food served for Lunch. I had received unanimous feedback stating that, the quality of the food was worst.
I agree to the fact that, there were plenty of verity dishes were served but the food was server in cold rather hot. Apart from that, the taste of most of the items was below par, in few dishes the salt was more and in some extra spices were added. Indian breads were so hard for us to cut with the hands. We had specially requested to add few vegetarian dishes and a salad, however we couldn’t find anything in our menu. It was much like; veggies were thrown into the corner. As a result of this, they had go to other restaurant to finish their lunch. Thus, we had to reschedule our post lunch session.
Based on the experience we had, I would like to suggest few improvements you can try. Firstly, you should buy new heating equipment to keep the dishes hot. Secondly, add few vegetarian and vegan dishes in your menu. At last, if possible try to change the head chef.

Yours Faithfully,
Sudheerkumar Motakala
