Dear Sir or Madam,

Our conference was held in your hotel on 25th September. I writing to inform you about some experiences our participants had in the hotel.

Our guests are totally interested your conference hall and facilities such as free Wi-Fi, the free package includes papers and pens. Moreover, they liked the reception and parking spaces which was your staff polite and warm welcoming to guests.

Unfortunately, many participate were unhappy about food because your colleagues served foods too late and the foods were so cold. It’s happened really dangerous for our conference and we receive many complaints about foods. In addition, some people complained about rice which was too salty for someone’s who had some disease and must to have a specific diet.

In my view, should your staff serve foods at a specific time, foods are still warm. I suppose to cook rice with little salt, in that not only someone’s does not like salty food, but also some people especially elderly ones have the disease and its harmful for them.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
Jack Brown
