Dear Sir,

My name is Johnson Resource Consultant for 'Future Farms' Company. May be, you can recognise me well, if I remind you about all-day meeting which was held in your Prestigious Marriot Hotel-Beach road. However, I am writing this letter to share the feedback that we received, on behalf of our participants

Perhaps, it's better to start our conversation with positive experience we all perceived. I must agree, that ambience maintained in the lounge is incredible and friendly. Especially, welcoming our guests with garlands and giving them VIP treatment is one of the best part of our session. Further, vicinity of hotel is super clean and pleasant atmosphere made us to feel that we are on to of the mountain. Our employees, particularly applauded the fruit juices provided during the conference and infact quite few enjoyed multiple drinks. Therefore, we all sure, that all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay so far.

All that being said, candidates expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality of food served. Mainly, as per my colleagues, two issues were commonly reported by all attendees. They are taste and quality of meals are not upto the mark. In precise, In precise, food was stale in taste and the ingredients used were not fresh. Most of the items were uncooked and as a result one of the employee's faced abdominal discomfort. Fortunately, the problem was not serious and we had to send him back home in middle of the meeting. As far as I am concerned, there was overall discontentment about food.

Considering our past relations, I recommend you to take incharge over the kitchen and cooking method. For future, please make a quality check about vegetables and other ingredients before it is used in kitchen. To avoid further complications, it's suggested to appoint chef who is trained in relevant cooking courses. Secret of sumptuous meals is in preparing food with authentic and fresh ingredients. We don't like to officially announce our negative feedback as earlier happening was pure misfortune. In order to protect fame of your hotel, it's better to implement our advices immediately.

Hope our letter did not spoil your spirit in hospitality industry and look forward to visit your restaurant again.

Yours faithfully,

Johnson
