Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you in regards to a sheer disappointment faced at your hotel.
During my visit on 4th May to your City Centre hotel in Moscow, I had been allocated room number 13. However, the atmospheric condition on that day was unreasonable and the temperature had dropped to -3 degree Celsius. Hence, I decided to switch on the heater, unknown to the fact that it was under maintenance.
Unfortunately, I was freezing in my room even though I had requested for a new suite, your staff denied it due to full occupancy in the hotel. The situation went out of control and I had to buy a portable heater from the local market to sustain the extreme cold.
I will request you to look into the matter and I would expect an apology letter for an unconventional service provided by your staff during the time of need.
