Dear Amber,

Hope you are doing fine and enjoying to season. I have just returned from my holidays in Finland and while we were catching the amazing lights in Inari. I took a bus from Rovaniemi to Inari. As you know the auroras is something we cannot ask for, because it wasn’t really very visible to the naked eye, although people with adequate cameras could see it.

The hotel I stayed in is right by the lake which calls Juutuanvuono, and I heard that it is a good place to watch the aurora. when I arrived, it was just in the evening. Although the KP index little bit low, thank you for the clear sky so that I can see a little aurora in it. Moreover, nothing is more exciting than I can see the auroras dancing the next day.

The aurora follows the lines of magnetic force, so it makes the aurora look like it is dancing. In the beginning, the aurora was in the shape of a green ribbon, and change to purple in the middle and it is more beautiful than other forms.

I am very glad that I was the one to be blessed by the goddess of fortune. I strongly recommend you catch an aurora in Inari.

Warm wishes,
Chris Wong
