Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Harsha, living in a four bedroom house, which is on the north street of your estate property. which I rented last year. I am sharing this house with two students. Here, I am writing to you, because we are suffering from several problems in the house, which need to fix as soon as possible. At the same time, it is not affordable to stay with two students by paying rent for four-bedrooms.
There are leakages in the bathrooms, and the bathroom tub is clogging frequently. The flush button of the toilet is not working properly. So we have to use the bathroom of another bedroom, which is quite uncomfortable for everyone, as we are sharing it. It is also time taking to get ready early morning. We all three has to get ready by 6.30 am to attend the class on time.
It is also expensive to stay at the four-bedroom house with students, as one bedroom is leaving empty. We are paying unnecessarily for that bedroom, like electricity, room rent, etc. So, I want to find another student who can live in that spare bedroom. It will be more affordable if we share it with one more student. I hope you will understand our situation and fix these problems.
Waiting for your reply.
Yours Faithfully,
Harsha
