Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Linh, and I am writing to ask you about a tennis course which I enrolled last week.
As a sports enthusiast, I felt extremely delightful when I saw an advertisement of your tennis course in my schools. Furthermore, learning this course means that I have a chance to meet trainer Harry – the best tennis player I have met. I always idolized him during I was young. In addition to that, the tennis place near my house and suitable for my schedule.
However, I have to say that I can not stay for the whole course for several private problems.

As you know, I am an exchange student, so my study period at Oxford University will finish at the end of the month, but your tennis course is planned to complete in two months later. I wonder as my circumstance, I could receive the refund back? This is because I tend to will complete one month within three months of the whole course. I looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for spending your time with me.
Yours faithfully,
Linh Bui
