I have made last transaction on February 26th at Subway for $10. On the next day, I noticed that two transactions made at five star hotel and Square One Mall about the same time.I cannot be present at two different places on the same time and even it is not possible practically. I think might be it happened because of glitch in the application or there was technical error while generating the monthly statement.
I want you to resolve it as soon as possible. Although, I have experienced the same situation in the last year and it was rectified in no time.Please provide me best phone number to contact you or assign me your associate who can call me to tackle it.I will provide the proof of my bills. Also, I would like to request you to resend me the statement for this month to avoid further confusion on the bill payment.
