Dear Rosy,

Hello, Your complaining letter come as shock to me, I am writing to apologize for the trouble you faced due to noises coming from my flat.

Actually, last week my cousin's sister had visited me almost after a year and she accompanied two of her children. The children were full of energy and cannot spend the whole day in silence. So they were used to exploring new things like listening to loud music, partying, and calling other children in society to my place for playing and fun. All these reasons had made the last week noisy for you.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the same. It is better to say that my relative has already left yesterday so no more noises will bother you as you know me very well that I am very peaceful in nature. And I ensure, I take care of this kind of troubles in future if any of same kind situation occur, I beforehand explain to the visitor that walls in the flat are common so respect the peace of others.

Once again really very sorry.
