Your car is hired from a company and while you are driving on holiday, you have a small accident. You will have to write a report to the company to explain it. In your letter:
when and where you hired it,
describe how the accident happened,
what kind of action did you take after the accident.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know about that the car which I hired from your company met with accident on 19th June 2018.
I hired the car from your London Heathrow terminal 2 outlet on 18th June for three days, that is 18th June , 19th June and 20th June. Since I hired the high end Mercedese Benz, I was driving very carefully and in fact, on 18th I drove around 400 miles from London to Scotland without any glitch. On the following day, I was going to highland area i.e Abberyway where a biker plunged the car from back thereupon car came in motion and hit the stationed truck. Consequently, the rear bonnet and front lights got broken in to glass pieces. Though there was no major injury afflicted to anyone, my son who was sitting at front side seat got three stitches on hand.
Subsequently, I rushed to hospital to get my son a first aid and informed to law and enforcement agency for lodging FIR. Besides, Insurer has also been informed about accidents and after initial inspection, claim filing process shall be initiated.
I believe that I shall still be in position to return the care on planned date that is 20th June 2018. I offer my apology for inconvenience caused due to accident.
