Dear Anna,

Hello, how are you? I hope you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have left some important documents when I was staying at your place in Australia.

I visited Australia for attending two days business seminar on Customer Marketing and Advertising” as it would ai me in enhancing my knowledge and skills. I was really grateful that you allowed me to stay at your house. I had a lot of fun with you and your family and you were a great host.

When I arrive at my office on 29th September, I realized that I had left some critical documents in the room I stayed in, perhaps in the drawer on the left side of the bed. They were placed in a blue file with the name Prabhpreet Kaur printed on the top of the file. Those official papers are very critical as they contain confidential and sensitive data of the company

I would request you to kindly return the file through the post as soon as possible and please do share the delivery number so that I can keep a track of the package.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Take care and see you soon.

With love,

Prabhpreet Kaur
