Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment in your letter.

• Explain how this problem is affecting your work

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Kumar Sampad and I am a freelance graphics designer from Danforth area. For my activities at home, I regularly purchase printer toner from your shop and today, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the toner your company supplied to me last week.

As I ordered the toner from your e-shop, the deliveryman from your company arrived with the product and placed it into my printer. Unfortunately, soon after the replacing of the toner, the print quality has been compromised drastically. It is maybe because of the poor quality of the carbon powder inside the toner.

As you know, being a designer, printing is an important part of my activities. Even before supplying any design to any of my clients, I print the whole thing and execute a thorough check. But for the last one week with your new toner, I am extremely suffering, and supply to some of my clients have been delayed due to this poor print quality and inability to perform the proof-checking.

Being a regular customer for your store, I am extremely depended on your products for my home-run business. But this time, the quality is totally unexpected. I would request you to replace the toner with a new one within two days, and send the item for quality control inspection which was supplied to me earlier.

I look forward to hearing back from you immediately.

Yours faithfully,

Kumar Sampad
