Dear Sir,
I am writing this on the inconvenience caused with my laptop which I have purchased in your shop a few weeks before. I work from home and have issue with the display screen which has stopped all of a sudden.
I have purchased the laptop with you a week before (i.e., 24th August) . Initially , for a week the laptop was working but all of a sudden the display has stopped and they were red dots on it even though the laptop is running but I cannot view anything on the screen . I have a lot of projects and important files saved in the laptop which I am not able view .
I am a freelancer and I have a few running projects to complete and the issue I have with my laptop is quiet galling and wasting a lot of time on work submission . I have spent a lot of money on purchasing the laptop and it ended with no use .I do have a warranty for 1 year service and my service number is 123456 and I have attached the purchase receipt and I request you to solve the issue without any deal .
Before that make sure that the same problem would not repeat again and disturb me with my work schedule and which in turn leaves a bad remark about your sales.
