Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Cloud Security Architect working mostly from home that utilizes the hard disk purchased from your store extensively for official purpose. Unlike the positive assertion made by your staff, the equipment does not function as intended, therefore I am writing this letter to complain about the same.
During the Black Friday, I bought 1TB Sony hard disk with 1000 rpm. It did not render the files properly when I tried accessing the minutes of meetings that I saved in it yesterday. The disk advertised boasting of the fastest read/write speed, in fact, responds extremely slowly, and none of the contents of the reports kept is readable.
Upon discovering the error-prone nature of the thing and missing the calendar schedules, I had to cancel all my conferences for today. Furthermore, all the research related to the remediation feature were drafted into a document there. With all the passwords in there, vital for day to day activities, the deadline is bound to be missed.
I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the products I purchased and the service I received. As it is still covered under warranty, I expect the company to replace or repair it in no longer than two days. I would moreover suggest you do sanity checks of the products your organization sell.
I am hoping to get the prompt feedback and immediate assistance on the mentioned issue.
