Dear Sir / madam
My name is Navjot Singh, employee ID number AD 2006 41 working as a sales engineer in your department. I am writing this letter to tell you that I want to work in the company's head office for 6 months. It will benefit me in numerous ways.
Firstly, working in the company head office give me a chance to corporate in international culture in and how to deal with international trading. In the addition, the upcoming workshop on trade facilitation which going to be held at headquarter give me more benefit in the field of export import. Secondly, more team skills and leadership qualities shall be enhanced in my working style and teaches me how to handle different difficult situations. Lastly, I can explain more to design team about configuration of software related to trade in rural areas of South Africa. Furthermore, during visit to headquarter I will handover my work to Mr Jones of sales department and I am wrapping current project in next week. Definitely, it will leave the burden of extra work from Mr Jones. Moreover, if Jones feel any issue during work he can email me I will resolve that problem.
I hope that you will definitely help me to get company approval for working in Headquarter and help me in the process of reimbursement during my visit. I will look forward to hearing from you a positive response. I am attaching my email ID with this letter.
