Dear Mrs. Beaini
I am writing this letter to ask you if it is can be done to change my workplace to our head office located in London starting January 2020 and till the end of June of the same year. Actually my sister will be delivering her newborn and I need to be with her and help her because her husband works 14 hours per day and she has two kids.
Due to my current position and since I am responsible of statistical data in our company this will make things easier , I can do the analysis from anywhere once all data I need is available .In addition, we can arrange a weekly conference call through our WebEx system to analyze the information and discuss our profit and outcomes and carry out any possible solution for improvement .
Finally and because I was classified as a good performer last year and all my duties are always done on time ,I would much appreciate if you can help me with this matter through giving me your confirmation and start arranging my leave accordingly.
