I am writing this letter to inquire about the availability of conference center on 12 Jan from 3pm till 7pm for a special training course, which will be conducted by my company for it's employees.
As most of our staff has intermediate skill sets of various computer applications, the course has been designed to build advanced excel and power point skills amongst them and one of the renowned expert in this field will be taking this session.
In order to conduct this training programme, we would need atleast 15 computers, couple of mics along with the speaker in the hall, further we would also need basic stationary items and snacks for the group during the break time.
Would request you to also please let me know if their are sufficient parking slots available near the conference center, as most of the employees would be commuting through their own vehicle.
Kindly let me know the availability of the conference center, along with the possibility of all arranging all additional items mentioned above.
