Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the horrible experience I had due to poor quality of arrangement at the hotel.
It was my company’s 53rd anniversary, which was organized at your hotel after consideration of a lot of suggestion from organizer committee. It was supposed to be perfect as many of our senior executives were attending the event and reputation of our organization was at stake. The staffs were specifically instructed about the importance of the ceremony and why it was expected to go as smooth as possible.
Unfortunately, the experience was quite opposite than what we had assumed, which invited a lot of criticism from employees. Not only was the food quality inadequate but also in shortage for the estimation of people given. In addition, electronics equipment, such as speaker, was either broken or creating noise in the hall, which had ruined the mood of audience.
I would be grateful if you examine the arrangements thoroughly before accepting any bookings to avoid such embracement in future. Please improve the auditorium and food quality of the hotel because they are the most important for any function.
