Dear Frank,

Hello, how are you? I hope you are having a joyous time. I received your letter yesterday and was glad to know that you have offered me a job in your travel company.

I am very excited to know that you have started your own travel company “Holiday Destinations” and have given a kick-start to your business career. Moreover, I am thrilled to know that your company is expanding successfully and earning good profits. Furthermore, you have also included the destination vacation to the Maldives which is not offered by any other travel company.

I regret to inform you that I will not be able to join your company as a travel agent as I have been recently appointed as a senior manager in IDFC Mutual Funds.

This job profile will help me not only to enhance my skills and knowledge but will also aid me in developing a successful professional career. Additionally, they are offering many opportunities for growth prospects in the future.

I am very happy for you and I am sure you will excel in your business very rapidly. Please plan to visit me with you family in Delhi. We will have a lot of fun.

Take care and All the best for your future.

With love,

Prabhpreet Kaur
