The rent increased notice has been received, however, I do have some concerns that I have to bring it to you.
Firstly, the conditions of the house itself are getting older and I asked you to maintain it, such as the bathroom and kitchen, but all the facilities are good to use as you responded to us so I accepted that. Secondly, the deck has been being weak for a long time and some deck board has broken already, that is the reason my partner and I never allow our 6 years boy playing on the deck, it makes me feel so upset because he keen to that.
We could stay here if you can change the facilities in the bathroom, repaint the kitchen and change the new deck I would like to accept the new rent from next month, otherwise, we do not have a choice but have to find a new place to live.
