I am writing this letter in concern with the recent rent increment intimation given by you when we last met during the colony events.
we are living in your apartment since last six months and have just begin to settle down. it seems quite shot span of time for any rental increment, as a matter of fact the rent slab for this area of city is between ten to fifteen thousand only and we are already paying the higher side of it.
As you are aware, we have recently shifted to this city and have undergone a little financial crunch while transporting and seeking job in new place. I would request you to please think over again on this sudden increase of rental payment. It would be considerate of you if you agree to continue with same rent amount for at least a year or more.
Inspite of my request if you show determination in increment then I have no other option but to vacate and search for another reasonable rent flat.
