On a recent holiday, you lost a valuable item. Fortunately, you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost.
Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter:
• describe the item you lost
• explain how you lost it
• tell the insurance company what you would like them to do

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to know about the claim procedures as I lost my gold bracelet while I was on vacation to Goa between 12 to 15 July 2019.

The bracelet is gold-plated and has silver lining around the edges along with floral design of three roses surrounded by five leaves. it has an option to lock and unlock from back in addition to an inscription of my grandmother’s name. it was weighted precisely eight grams at the time of purchase, which was five years ago. Even though it is quite old but my parents have preserved the original bill of it which I am able to show you whenever asked for it.

The bracelet was a gift from my late grandmother, so it was quite close to my heart. If I had not worn it, I would have not lost it.

As my father had taken the insurance for this vacation which includes loss of any valuable item and this bracelet was already included in the list of costly items covered under insurance. so, I would like to make a claim for the value of the bracelet and request you to send me the details about how I need to proceed. will the entire process be completed online or I need to visit the office? Please let us know the details.

I am looking forward for your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Aparajita R.

I got so many errors stating sentence does not starts with capital letter, but the site is not allowing me to make 1st letter capital after full stop. The capital letters were automatically converted to small letters.
