Dear Mr. Steven,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to apologise for the inconvenience you have faced recently from the noise of my apartment.
We have changed the floors of the bedroom and kitchen as they got damaged by the movement of heavy equipments. For that, the mason and his co-workers took three days to renovate the whole surface. The drilling machines and other noisy devices were creating a lot of unbearable noises, that might have caused discomfort to you.
I am apologising for all the inconvenience from our side. I know your wife is facing chronic headache issues, but we forgot to let you know about the refurbishment work beforehand. I am sorry for everything and ensures you that this will not happen again in the future.
Nonetheless, we still have some pending work of kitchen but I have already asked the workers to do most of their work outside or in their workshop. Please accept our sincere apologies.
Kindly forgive us for our mistake.
