However, there are several ways for people to check and research about the house or building they are planning to own. Firstly, realestate news can be a good source to find out the history of a particular building, and find out more information about it such as the price and neighborhood. Secondly, there is a website for people to check more detail information of a building. This can help buyers to filter out houses that does not meet their standards. In Vietnam, for example, we have website to help people find houses and information about the building that they are interested in. Finally, realestate agents can help people know more about the realestate that they want to own. The agents, who are equiped with information and knowledge about the house, can help buyers with any questions that they have.
