What do you think about extracurricular activities? Are they helpful or need to be improved?
Nowadays, in addition to studying, extracurricular activities are considered as one of the indispensable content in my school. Are they helpful or need to be improved? These are some reasons for my viewpoint.
Firstly, these activities help students to relax and cut many pressures after a hard studying day. Secondly, they not only help them to be healthier but also upgrade their skills. For example, sports like soccer help to train agility, vigor and arts help them to develop their abilities. Finally, they can expand social knowledge in life through social activities to learn how to plant trees and protect the environment.
In conclusion, extracurricular activities are very helpful. Besides spending a great deal of time studying, they also need to involved in other activities.
