You ride a bicycle to work, but there is a problem with the parking. Write a letter to the manager of the Parking Management Company.

In your letter, you should tell:

• why you ride a bicycle to work

• what the problem is with the parking

• what your suggest are.

Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you that since last week, I faced a problem at the parking where I park my bike, while I attend to work during the week.

I live next to my workplace 15 minutes far by bicycle, that’s why I prefer to ride my bike. The reason is, there will be more free space to park and avoid traffic congestion. Coming by car need more time and car parking costs more than 50 pound per day.

The problem that I’m facing at the parking is that, each day when I leave work, I find the lock is scratched, and my rear wheel is down, as if someone trying to steal it. I asked the employment there if he saw anyone doing this, but he told me that none can access the lot without his permission.

I would like from your side, to permit met access the cameras at the security room, to check if someone is trying to steal the bicycle.

Thank you for your time, hope hearing from you soon and take this issue into consideration.

Sincerely Yours,
