Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

At universities and colleges, sports and social activities are as important as classes and libraries and should receive equal finance support.

class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%">class="it">it class="is">is an obvious class="fact">fact class="that">that colleges and universities class="do">do class="have">have a prominent class="role">role in evey aspect of students' lives. class="when">when class="it">it comes to allocating money for financial class="support">support of activities class="like">like sports and class="social">social events, class="some">some people believe the class="role">role of class="such">such activities pales in comparision to the significance of libraries and class. On the other hand, others hold the view class="that">that there class="is">is no doubt class="that">that both acpects should receive eqal attention. As far as I am concerned, class="social">social activities and sports are as important as facilities loke libraries and classes. I will elaborate on my reasons through the following paragraphs.

class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%">To start with, class="it">it class="is">is essential to barry in mind class="that">that students need to spend class="some">some time off, and class="do">do others activities to decrease their stress level causing by the pressur of studying. By being invovled in class="some">some sport team class="like">like soccur for example, they will class="do">do phisical activities. class="it">it class="is">is a generally accepted class="fact">fact class="that">that doing exercise could relieve mental stress. Additionally, class="it">it will lead students to live a healthy lifestyle, and be able to deal with hours of just sitting on a chair and study. Relevant statistics argue class="that">that students who are a part of sport team, class="do">do achieve higher marks in their exams. A recent study in Germany class="have">have been conducted, and two groups of students were examined for this study. The first group did not any kind of exercies and just spent their time in the library all the semester. On the other hand, the second group were participating in gym regularly. By the end of the year, the latter group got 34% less reduce in their stress level, and higher scores in final exams. this class="fact">fact might reinforce the idea class="that">that universities and colleges should consider developing facilities class="like">like gyms and game areas as well as classrooms and libraries.

class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%">Another key thing class="that">that should be mentioned class="is">is class="that">that students should nurture their class="social">social skills as well. To be only focused on intellectual nourishment will be harmful for their class="social">social abilities. students spend most of their time in the college or university, so they will need to be engaged in class="social">social activities class="such">such as going to parties, attending a music concert, getting to know each other. As a case in point, consider a personal experience as an example: class="when">when I was freshman in university, our class="social">social community demaned the board to build a hall for weekend parties, because many students did not class="have">have the time to go out or go back their home town to be in touch with others. The hall was built by the end of the year and all students were happy about class="that">that knowing there will be more gathering in the future. Had the university not agreed with the students’ request, and allocated money to class="support">support the project, many of them would class="have">have been felt secluded.

class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%">To make a long story short, I cannot agree more with the idea class="that">that sports and class="social">social activities should receive equal financial class="support">support as well as study facilities. From my point of view, students not only need to deal with phisical and class="social">social activities to release their stress level, but also will develop their class="social">social skills by having the opportunity to use class="such">such facilities. Therefore, class="it">it class="is">is cardinal for colleges and universities to distribute financial resouces to class="support">support both extra curclum programs and study ones.

Write the essay in 30 minutes.
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
