Professors are considered one of the most important aspects in our lives. Nowadays, a lot of professor hired in many universities to improve the educational level in different counties. Moreover, professor can help students to get ready to their practical life. I am sure many people would agree that professor were highly appreciated from the society in the past than recently, while others would disagree. However, when it comes to me I totally disagree that the professor were more appreciated in the past. I feel this way fro two reasons, which I will demonstrate in the following essay.
To begin with, Nowadays, professors can get ownership from the university to study abroad. Recently, many countries try to improve their education style and they try to benefit from other societies. For instance, last year, the medical school in my home country choose three professor to get ownership to Italy to study there for three months. In fact, the professor learned how to make open hear surgery with a new technology. Moreover, when they came back to the university, they would able to teach their colleagues the same method and they would able to improve the medical level in the whole society. Furthermore, they demonstrated a whole operative in front of students to give them chance to learn new way of the open heart science. On the other hand, professors could not have this chance in the past. Moreover, they were always sticky to the old manner of teaching. As you can see, all professor are more appreciated in the new decays and they have opportunity to improve their skills and benefit from others experience.
In addition, currently, colleges pay the professor more salaries than before. Many teachers can get the salaries that they always dreamed off. For example, in the last ten years my uncle was a professor in the art college at Florida. In fact, he told me that his salary was so bad and he could not even cover his expenses. Consequently, he could not enjoy his life with his family members. Nevertheless, His salary is increased by fifty percent last year. In fact, his totally satisfied and he enjoying his life. Furthermore, he would able to cover all his duties and let his son pay all his university fee. This experience taught me that the new societies can appreciate the teachers and treat them more efficient than in the last decays.
In sum, I totally agree that professor highly appreciated nowadays than they were in the past. This is because they have chance to study abroad in different countries, and because the colleges pay them higher salaries than there were in the last couple of years.
