On the other hand, the lecturer believes that author’s reasons are uncertain and he refutes the benefits of electronic records.
First of all, the reading asserts that if doctors utilize adapted systems to stock and keep patients’ records, it will less expensive and makes more opportunities to save money rather than old methods which use paper records. On the contrary, the speaker states that this way is not like significant issues to save money, due to doctors need old records of patients’ record emergency for legal reasons of signatures on the papers and also this is not costly store and keep them in electronic records.
