The reading passage says, the employees offer to working as 4 days’ instead of 5 days’ each day has some benefit for the company too, but the problem lecture says, is it makes force the company to pay more to train the new ones also it need more computers and not different between 4 days’ or 5 days’ working.

First, the company should pay 80 percent to 4 days’ workers, and save this money to hiring new people but it has an another problem because hiring is costly. On the other hand, the workers used to work on some jobs in 5 days’ but it’s hard to do all that in 4 days’. But they think it’s good for have more free time.

Second, they get much fewer salary but they think it’s improve their life and the can do whatever they like to do and enjoy it to do in their extra time, but the lecture says, it has some effect on their quality of their life and decrease the family time they have because they are too busy in that 4 days’
