According to reading passage, in twentieth century, beginning of industrial stage in the science archaeology cause serious problem in unveil and examine the old artifact in Britain. Whereas, the lecturer mentions that in 1990, the United Kingdom adopted new rules and improvement in guidelines. He gives the suggestion for specific problem made in article.
To begin with, the lecturer states that according to new guidelines before start the contraction, the site well examine by archaeologist. If any artifact found then, first it handle by local government and specific archaeologist. This suggestion for problem made in the reading passage that digging new construction site many artifacts uncover and start construction did not well preserve artifact.
Furthermore, the lecturer also helped to address the second point of the reading passage that inadequate financial support for archaeological research. He says that all research done by construction company and institute help to examine the site and preservation of artifact. Therefore, financial support to archaeological research by construction company rather than government.
Moreover, the article claims that few job and position available for archaeologists. Novice archaeologists have not paid for work. However, the lecturer emphasizes that according to the new guidelines archaeologists paid more than before. A lot of contraction site hire archaeologist to examine the data and research. In fact, increase the job position and career opportunities cause increase professional value of archaeologist than earlier.
