Frist of all, in the text it is clearlt mentioned that some labolatory experiments support the concept that the cloud seeding is effective. However, the professor claims that this result in the real life is very far to happen because the silver iodide not only aviod from building hails but it prevent from rain. Therefore, using this method not only do not solve the problem but create a new problem that is serious decreases in the rainfall and lack of water.
