The graph below gives information about international tourist arrivals in five countries.
The line graphs elucidate the number of tourists travelling in five countries namely; Brazil, Egypt, Malaysia, France and the US. The units are measured in millions of people.
In 1995, the most common place to visit was the US, which is recorded at 70 travellers. Meanwhile, France got the next highest international visitors of 30; Malaysia is followed closely at 20 whereas the least countries were Brazil and Egypt at 70 tourists. Between 1995 and 2005, there was a drastic increase in the number of tourists visiting France at nearly 20. By the end of the period, there was another drastic rise for France to reach the point where it has the equal number of visitors for the US (90). Tourists visiting Malaysia move up steadily over the whole period but by 2010, the number was still lower than 50 people. The number of tourists going to Brazil and Egypt was similar for the period between 1995 and 2000 but after that, there was a greater increase travellers to visit in Egypt than to Brazil.
The overall number of tourists arrival amongst five countries has increased. It is apparent that, the US and France were the popular countries to travel in 2010 whereas Brazil was the least.
