A sample Answer to this speaking in text:
The reading is a proposal that asked the school to close the campus coffeehouse, because students are not using it and the food is not very good. Then in the conversation, the woman disagrees for the following reason. First, the coffeehouse is a great place to study because there is only very few people going there. Some students actually prefer it to the library because they can eat while getting their work done. And for the food there, they have new manager now, and they have made some improvements in the quality of the food. So the food doesn’t just taste delicious now, also they have added some healthful snacks.
