If you let me choose one of the most essential quality among friendly co-workers, flexible hour, and nice boss, I would like to say nice boss definitely. There are 2 reasons as follows. Firstly, a nice boss may have a lot of charming traits and personalities. It will build up a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere in the company. And if I want to put up with some ideas, I can go to him or her directly without hesitation. Secondly, if a boss is successful, he or she may have gone through a lot of difficulties and have seldom given in to difficulties. I think I can learn a lot from the experience. It will be full of benefits for my future.
